Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has exposed on the subject of his departure from La Liga giants Real Madrid, recalling his previous teammate Cristiano Ronaldo’s anger when he was permitted to leave for the North London club.

After that Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger contacted the German, assuring him about a telephone call that he would be considered an important player at the Emirates.
Ozil added, “In the weekend We were sure that I’d stay at True Madrid but I realized that We didn’t have the self-confidence of the trainer or the board.”
“I am the type of player that requires this faith and that’s what I felt from Arsenal and that’s the reason I joined them.”
Since joining the Premier Little league, Ozil has registered 30 goals and 51 assists and the figures are only set to move up.
Arsenal will go back to Premier Little league action on November 25 if they face Bournemouth.
